These Terms apply to all business transactions concluded between Disknuy and private consumers as well as commercial customers via our online store. Deviating customer terms and conditions are not recognised unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Disknuy.
If any individual clause of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part due to statutory regulations, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.

2. Account Registration & User Obligations

You may browse our website without registering an account. For order placement, you may complete checkout as a guest or create a user account.
If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login information, and all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and contact information.
You are solely liable for any losses, fees, or disputes caused by incorrect personal information, unauthorised account access, or password leakage due to your negligence. You must notify us immediately via email if you detect unauthorised use of your account.

By submitting an order on our website, you submit a binding purchase offer to Disknuy. After you complete payment successfully, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. The sales contract is officially formed once the order confirmation email is issued.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in the following situations without prior liability:
  • Out-of-stock or discontinued products;
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to system failure;
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions, illegal purchases, or abnormal order behaviour;
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
For cancelled orders, we will initiate a full refund via the original payment method within statutory time limits.

6. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We provide shipping services to Germany and selected European regions. Delivery timeframes are estimated and displayed on the product page or checkout page, which are for reference only and not legally binding deadlines.
Normal delivery delays caused by logistics transportation, weather conditions, customs inspection, or force majeure events do not constitute contractual breach, and no compensation will be issued.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate delivery address and accepting the package in a timely manner. Any repeated delivery fees or package loss caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customer refusal to receive shall be borne by the customer.
Risk of loss and damage of goods transfers to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address or authorised carrier pickup.

We do not participate in any alternative dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.
